When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@printforplayers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Print for Players LLC does not offer shipping to P.O. boxes
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
Subject to the Terms of Sale, Print for Players LLC, Inc. will accept returns of any unopened or unused items. Print for Players LLC, Inc will also accept return of unopened or unused supplies also subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Returns for purchases must include a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise noted. Refund amounts will be determined after adjusting orders for returned quantities, which may impact volume based pricing discounts previously earned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@printforplayers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will help and assist you in any way possible.
